During the construction and long-term operation of the floor heating system, common split-type manifold valves often encounter multiple problems such as scattered components, complicated assembly procedures, abnormal gas accumulation and noise in the pipelines, the need to shut down the entire system for single-line maintenance, and water leakage during high-temperature operation.
This Brass Integrated Manifold for Floor Heating Tubing is an integrated manifold valve specifically designed for the water floor heating system. It is made by forging thick HPb59 brass as a single piece, and is factory-integrated with three core functional components: an automatic exhaust valve, a bottom discharge valve, and an independent branch adjustment ball valve. There is no need for scattered assembly on-site, significantly shortening the installation time of the floor heating system.
The internal precise flow channels evenly distribute the heating water flow, reducing the noise of the pipeline water flow; it is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant silicone sealing gasket, ensuring stable sealing and no leakage under all high-temperature water circulation conditions throughout the year.
The product offers multiple branch specifications for selection, with a compact overall structure that saves installation space for the box, and a polished surface for rust prevention. It is suitable for residential home decoration, commercial spaces, office buildings, and various water floor heating projects, taking into account the uniformity of heating temperature, installation convenience, and long-term sealing durability.

The Brass Integrated Manifold for Floor Heating Tubing is an integrated and integrated structure yellow copper manifold specifically designed for floor heating tubing. It differs from traditional separate and assembled manifold valves. It comes pre-assembled with all the necessary components for exhaust, drainage, and branch control ball valves, and is specifically used for distributing and recovering the heating circulation water in the water floor heating system.
It is compatible with mainstream floor heating pipes in the market, including PEX floor heating pipes and PEX-AL-PEX aluminum-plastic composite heating pipes. The multi-branch specifications cover the needs of small-scale home decoration and large-scale commercial heating projects.
The unit is equipped with three standard components: a top automatic exhaust valve, a bottom drainage valve, and a separate switch ball valve for each branch. This single set of equipment can simultaneously achieve four basic functions: water flow distribution, pipe exhaust, dirt drainage, and independent on-off control of each branch.
1. Balanced Distribution of Heating Water Flow: The internal precise分流 channels evenly convey hot water to each section of the floor heating pipes, avoiding excessive or insufficient water flow in a single line, ensuring uniform heating temperature throughout the house and reducing local temperature imbalance issues.
2. Rapid Discharge of Air in Pipes: Integrated automatic exhaust valve continuously releases the accumulated air in the floor heating pipes, eliminating abnormal sounds caused by water flow impact and preventing air blockage that leads to the stagnation of the heating circulation.
3. Regular Discharge and Cleaning of Pipes to Remove Impurities: Bottom integrated discharge valve can regularly remove sediment, rust and other impurities in the pipes, preventing the blockage of floor heating pipes and maintaining smooth heating water circulation.
4. Independent Shutdown of Each Line, Without Affecting Whole House Heating: Each line of pipes is equipped with an independent regulating ball valve. When the pipe is clogged or leaks and needs maintenance, only the faulty branch can be shut off, without shutting down the entire floor heating system, significantly reducing the impact on operation and maintenance.
1. Residential Water Floor Heating System: For all-house floor heating renovation or new construction projects in commercial housing and self-built houses, the compact body is suitable for home small floor heating boxes, and is compatible with conventional specifications of 2-6 lines for small-sized houses and 8-12 lines for large-sized houses.
2. Street-front Shop Heating Project: Large-scale floor heating installation for stores and restaurants, multi-line specifications are suitable for large open spaces to meet the demand for temperature control in different zones, and the integrated accessories reduce on-site assembly time and shorten the decoration period of the shop.
3. Commercial Heating Projects in Office Buildings and Office Buildings: Centralized floor heating system in multi-story office buildings, supporting batch unified purchase, customizing the number of branch lines according to floor divisions, and providing complete engineering acceptance qualifications, suitable for large-scale HVAC bidding projects.
The valve body wall thickness is increased, and the material is dense without sand holes or pores. HPb59 brass inherently has excellent anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties. It is not prone to corrosion or perforation when transporting high-temperature heating water for a long time, making it suitable for the continuous circulation of the heating system throughout the year. The surface is finely polished for rust prevention, and it is not prone to accumulate scale or stains, resulting in a neat and durable appearance.
The accompanying special silicone rubber sealing accessories are different from ordinary rubber gaskets. They can withstand the long-term high-temperature water circulation of the heating system and are not prone to hardening, cracking, or shrinking deformation. Long-term use maintains a tight seal, eliminating the risk of water leakage at the branch interface of the manifold.
The branch ball valve uses a brass body combined with a fluorine rubber sealing seat. It operates smoothly and does not leak even after tens of thousands of openings and closings. The internal valve cores of the automatic exhaust valve and the sewage valve are corrosion-resistant and can withstand the impurities in the heating water and the alternating temperature changes between hot and cold, without getting stuck or failing.
All HPb59 brass billets undergo batch-by-batch spectral composition testing. The lead content, anti-dezincification, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance indicators of the material are strictly verified. For silicone rubber sealing gaskets and branch ball valves, high-temperature cyclic durability and water pressure leakage tests are conducted separately to screen out risks of aging and leakage of components.
Each integrated manifold water distributor passes three basic tests: overall shell water pressure resistance, bubble-type leak detection, and multi-path water flow distribution balance. In addition, special checks are carried out on the coaxiality of branch threads and the smoothness of ball valve opening and closing to specifically avoid common faults such as thread leakage, uneven water flow distribution, and valve jamming under high-temperature heating conditions.
Each manifold water distributor is engraved with a unique independent batch code. The production process data from forging, machining, component assembly, and testing are archived and can be fully traced. During shipment, a yellow brass material spectral detection report and a factory water pressure and air tightness quality certificate can be provided simultaneously, fully meeting the requirements for home decoration floor heating acceptance, commercial HVAC project bidding and completion filing.
All exhaust, drainage, and branch ball valves are standardized pre-installed and sealed tested within the factory. Compared to the scattered assembly of separate manifold water distributors on-site, it significantly reduces the leakage risks caused by human assembly errors. The factory's sealed performance is unified and stable, and there is no installation debugging threshold at the project site.
We have established a dedicated quality inspection process for heating pipe fittings. The raw materials of brass are subjected to batch-by-batch spectral testing. High-temperature sealing components and branch ball valves undergo high-temperature cycling and water pressure leakage durability tests. All finished products undergo overall water pressure and air tightness tests, and the thread coaxiality of branch valves and the smoothness of valve opening and closing are verified to prevent water leakage in high-temperature heating conditions.
Each product is marked with an independent batch code. The entire production process is traceable. We can provide material test reports and factory certificates of conformity, meeting the acceptance standards for home decoration and engineering underfloor heating.
The products enjoy a 12-month original factory warranty. Technical personnel provide guidance on pipeline layout, exhaust and drainage debugging. Multilingual customer service is available to connect with purchase orders, and support for custom specifications is provided for large-scale underfloor heating projects. The original factory sealing rings, branch ball valves, and other replacement parts are supplied on a long-term basis.
When initially filling and pressurizing the geothermal heating system, slowly open the automatic exhaust valve at the top of the distribution and collecting water valves to completely evacuate the air inside the pipes until continuous clear water without bubbles flows from the exhaust port and then close it. Slowly increase the water pressure of the system, adding pressure in stages to avoid sudden high pressure shock to the seals and prevent water leakage at the interfaces.
Before each heating season, open the bottom drain valve to discharge accumulated sediment, rust, and other impurities in the pipeline to prevent the pipes from getting clogged. Every six months, check the sealing conditions of the ball valves and exhaust and drainage valves in each branch line. If there is slight water leakage, moderately tighten the threads without disassembling the distribution and collecting water valves as a whole.
When a certain geothermal pipe line of the heating system fails to heat or leaks, only need to close the independent ball valve corresponding to that branch line. The other heating branch lines will continue to circulate and provide heating normally. After the maintenance is completed and the water is turned on, open the exhaust valve of that branch line to drain the accumulated air, and restore normal heating.
When the geothermal heating system is stopped for a long time at the end of the heating season, open the drain valve to drain all the accumulated water in the entire pipeline to prevent the pipes and the distribution and collecting water valves from cracking due to freezing in winter. Dry the water stains on the surface of the distribution and collecting water valves, keep the interior of the box dry, and slow down the oxidation and scaling of the brass.
A: For the traditional split-type manifold, the exhaust valves, drainage valves, and branch ball valves need to be assembled separately on-site. The assembly process is complex, and human installation errors can easily cause leakage. This product is factory-pre-installed with all functional components. The factory completes the water pressure sealing test, and on-site only requires connecting the floor heating pipes. This significantly shortens the decoration construction period and reduces the probability of pipe leakage and rework.
A: It is fully compatible. The standard branch connectors of the product can be used for common specifications of PEX heating pipes and aluminum-plastic composite floor heating pipes available on the market. In home decoration and commercial projects, where both types of pipes are used, there is no need to replace the manifold. Purchasing and stock preparation will be more convenient.
A: HPb59 special heating brass has excellent anti-scaling and anti-oxidation properties. The internal wall is smooth and has no joint gaps after one-time forging. There are no accumulation dead corners for scale. The surface polished anti-rust layer can prevent oxidation by water vapor, and it is not prone to rust or blockage under the high-temperature water circulation conditions of the floor heating throughout the year.
A: No frequent manual operation is required. The valve is a fully automatic exhaust structure. When air is generated inside the pipe, it can be released automatically. Only when the floor heating system is first filled with water or reactivated at the changing season, the exhaust and drainage valves need to be fully opened manually to completely discharge the accumulated air. Daily use can be automatically operated.
A: Each shipment can provide a complete set of HPb59 brass material spectroscopy test report, factory water pressure air tightness quality certificate, and batch traceability file. Both paper and electronic versions will be delivered simultaneously to meet all review requirements for domestic home decoration floor heating acceptance, overseas HVAC project bidding, customs clearance, and project completion filing.
A: No overall replacement is needed. All branch ball valves, silicone sealing gaskets, and exhaust and drainage valves of the product are original factory independent replacement parts. Only when the sealing gasket or ball valve at the leakage position fails, the corresponding parts can be purchased separately for disassembly and replacement, significantly reducing the long-term maintenance cost of the floor heating system.
